How Elyntic works

Follow the work from message to delivery.

Elyntic creates the task, gives the right AI agent the context and approved tools, checks the result, then follows the rule you set: ask first or deliver automatically.

Absolutely — I'll use the Q1 format and promised research to prepare a clear Friday deck.

1 / Context

The request carries its history with it.

People, promises, deadlines, and prior work change what the message means.

  1. 1

    Read the relevant history

Selected sent and received messages keep the new request connected to the relationship behind it.

  2. 2

    Find the people and promises

Elyntic organizes identities, topics, questions, commitments, and signs of urgency.

  3. 3

    Create the right task

Requests that need work become project tasks; lower-priority messages can remain useful history.

Why this message matters
“Can we review the plan next week?”
Relationship
An active client relationship with a known review format.
Earlier promise
A quarterly review before the next budget decision.
Decision
Which times, agenda, and note get sent.

2 / AI agent work

Give the job to the right AI agent.

Each agent receives the request, approved context, and tools needed to produce the result.

Plan and executeAvailable

Turn a request into a project task, inspect the plan, and follow the work as it happens.

Create documents and codeAvailable

Research, create, revise, compare, and reverse work inside the approved workspace.

Work from GmailAvailable

Use email context, prepare the reply, and follow the approval or delivery rule you set.

Manage tasksEarly access

Create and move work on boards while keeping exceptions and consequential actions visible.

Use browser and research toolsSelected workflows

Bring live web research into jobs where the connection is enabled.

Delegate to AI agentsSelected workflows

Give specialist AI agents parallel work while preserving one checked handoff.

3 / Control

Choose what waits for you—and what can keep moving.

Each workflow can pause for approval or deliver automatically after its checks. Exceptions and consequential spending still return to you.

  1. 1

    Set the boundary

Choose ask-first, automatic-delivery, and exception rules for each workflow.

  2. 2

    See the checked handoff

When approval is required, review the source, tools, evidence, and result together.

  3. 3

    Keep the record

The source, work, checks, decision, and destination remain connected.

Connections

Each connection gives Elyntic a different kind of context or action.

Gmail is the first full path. The others add useful context without pretending they all work alike.

Gmail
Reads history and starts workElyntic can read selected sent and received history, triage new messages, create eligible tasks, and prepare a draft through the configured account. The workflow follows the approval or automatic-delivery rule you set.
iMessage
Adds personal conversation contextOn a configured Mac, Elyntic can read permitted history and triage messages. It is not yet the same automatic task path as Gmail.
Slack
Adds team contextChosen messages, mentions, and threads can inform the work or be triaged when asked. Continuous Slack-to-task routing is not yet claimed.
SMS
Adds text-message contextConnected provider messages can enter triage. Availability and actions depend on the provider you set up.
Outlook / IMAP
Reads and prepares emailBasic retrieval and drafting work without Gmail-level history processing or task automation. Sending follows the rule configured for the connection and workflow.

One continuous record

The source, task, AI agent work, checks, and destination stay together.

So you can see what happened, why it happened, and what moves next.

Source & context
Keeps the original message, relationship history, promises, and deadline attached.
Work & evidence
Shows which AI agent worked, which tools and sources it used, and what it produced.
Rule & destination
Records whether the result waits for approval or continues automatically—and where it goes.
