1. Agreement

These terms are an agreement between you and Elyntic (“Elyntic”, “we”, “us”), the operator of www.elyntic.com and the Elyntic desktop application (together, the “Service”). If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you confirm you have authority to bind it. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Early access and trials

Elyntic is offered in early access. Features, availability, and pricing may change, and parts of the Service may be incomplete or unavailable. A trial begins at activation, needs no card, and does not renew automatically. Any paid plan terms will be shared with you before activation.

3. Your account and connected services

You are responsible for the accounts and services you connect (for example Gmail, Google Calendar, Outlook, Slack, or an AI model provider), for keeping your device secure, and for complying with those services' own terms. Elyntic connects to them only with the permissions you grant and only for the features you turn on; you may disconnect at any time.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • send spam, unlawful, deceptive, or harmful communications, or violate anyone's rights;
  • access data or accounts you are not authorized to access;
  • reverse engineer, resell, or interfere with the Service or its security; or
  • violate applicable law, including data-protection and confidentiality obligations you owe to others.

5. Your content and your decisions

You own the messages, calendar events, tasks, drafts, and other content in your workspace. Elyntic prepares work for you to review; the Service sends, changes, or delivers something only after you approve it or under an automatic-delivery rule you set. You are responsible for reviewing AI-prepared output before relying on it or sending it. Elyntic does not use your content to train its own models, and handles Google user data as described in the Privacy policy.

6. Intellectual property

Elyntic and its licensors own the Service, including its software, design, and trademarks. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and use the desktop application for your own business or professional purposes while these terms are in force. Feedback you give us may be used to improve the Service without obligation to you.

7. Third-party services

The Service works with third-party services you choose (such as Google, inbox.dog, an AI model provider, or Slack). Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for them.

8. Disclaimer

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. AI-generated output can be inaccurate; do not rely on it for legal, financial, medical, or other professional advice without your own review.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Elyntic will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, or business, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in the twelve months before the claim, or USD 100 if you paid nothing.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time by disconnecting your accounts and uninstalling the application. We may suspend or end access if you breach these terms or if the Service is discontinued. Sections 5 through 12 survive termination.

11. Changes

We may update these terms; the “Last updated” date at the top shows the current version. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.

12. Contact
